In conjunction with our partners, we work to plan regular litter cleanup events throughout the watershed. Litter cleanups are our opportunity to remove waste from the watershed and our chance to connect with our watershed communities. 39th Annual Great Texas River Cleanup – March 2nd, 2024

We cleaned upper Plum Creek in Kyle with the help of 76 volunteers! Over 8,900 pounds of trash was removed along with 470 pounds of recycling and 2 tire.

Keep Lockhart Beautiful Arbor Day Spring Cleanup Event – April 27th, 2024

40 volunteers removed nearly 800 pounds of refuse from 4 City Parks and the Downtown area. Volunteers enjoyed breakfast tacos and coffee along with other goodies.
